What we do with your details.

The short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else. We don’t sell it, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Layoutics builds websites and software in Saudi Arabia, operated by Ammar Ishak. “We” and “us” on this page mean Layoutics.
What we collect
- When you use the form: what you need, your website address (if you have one), your email address and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number.
- When you email or message us: whatever you choose to send, and the number or address it comes from.
We don’t ask for anything else, and this page doesn’t collect anything about you in the background.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, and to call you if you asked us to.
- To prepare your written quote.
- If you become a client: to plan, deliver and invoice the work.
Who else sees it
Only the people and services needed to do what you asked:
- The services that host our website and our email, and Formspree, which delivers what you send through the form to our inbox.
- If your project includes invoicing and ERP, our partner company BizArch, and only once you agree to bring them in.
- If we invoice through a partner company, it receives only the details needed for the invoice.
We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
What loads on this page
- Fonts are served from this site. No font service is contacted.
- Client websites we built are shown inside the page from copies kept on this site, with their tracking removed. They load nothing from anyone else and set no cookies. The “Open the live site” links take you to the real sites, which follow their own privacy policies.
- No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site today. If we add any, for example to measure our Google or Meta ads, we’ll list them here before they go live.
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers that one choice on your device so the next visit opens the same way. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t turn into a project, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what the project and its invoices need, for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
